Villa BRIARÉE is the combination of two villas from the same owner, forming part of a small resort: Villa BRIARÉE I and II. If you're looking for a vacation in the pure Greek tradition of the Cyclades, where blue and white blend harmoniously, this beautiful vacation rental is the ideal setting. Located in the Agia Irini region of south-west Paros, not far from Parikia, this small resort boasts a beautiful infinity pool and a small path leading directly to the sea, where you can bathe in the tranquil waters. The two houses, one above the other, are completely independent and simply furnished, like seaside vacation homes, but with all modern comforts. If you're a smaller group, you can rent either Villa BRIARÉE I (8 people) or Villa BRIARÉE II (6 people), sharing the private pool..Exterior (2000 sqm) :

- Up to D-60: Fee = 30% of the total rental amount
- Less than D-60: Fee = 100% of the total rental amount (even for cases of force majeure)
